Ideal for wrapping and mailing newspapers and magazines, catalogues and wholesale publications, manuals and any commercial printed materials, in single or multipack. Half-automatic, easy to use: the only thing the operator has to do is simply to feed products vertically into the metal “throat of a shirt“ in fact the whole machine cycle is fully automatical. The bag width is adjusted accorging the product width through the metal “throat“, a photocell senses the top and the bottom of the product and switches on the film-unwinding device so that a bag is formed around the product. The bag is then sealed and cut accordingto the product length. Compact and really unexpensive machine which is essential for do-it-by-yourself maiing.

The Golden Film is an high-tech polyolefin shrink ideal for automatic L-sealers with shrink tunnel.
It is an extremely transparent film which shrinks quickly at both low and high temperature and it have an excellent sealing also at high speed.
It “follows” package shape perfectly and it is ideal for automatic L-sealers with shrink tunnel thanks to its particular cross-linked molecular structure.
It can be used also for food applications.

The manual stretch film is available in different sizes and thicknesses, to better adapt to the different customers needs.
MANUAL EXTENSIBLE FILM is packaged in rools with low weight because it is used manually by the operator. It is a basic product with many applications, suitable for those who pack little or to recondition loads.
This type of film can have different uses to pack and transport the pallet more easily to protect it during transport.
It is applied to “cold” and thanks to its elastic memory and to the self-adhesive surface, it ensures a strong load on the pallet.
In the range of the manual stretch film, there is also the MANUAL EXTENSIBLE PRESTIRED, from the maximum elastic memory that allows to keep the pallet perfectly stable, with a reduced film consumption. Moreover, the reduced thickness and the high elasticity of the film make these coils light and easy to handle.

FAST AND UNEXPENSIVE HORIZONTAL BAGGING
Ideal for wrapping and mailing newspapers and magazines, catalogues and wholesale publications, and any commercial printed materials in A4 size in singlepack. Half-automatic, easy to use: the only thing the operator has to do is simply to feed products horizontally onto the infeed conveyor belt that carries them towards the sealing area. Here a special device will “clamp“ product and film together and push them through sealing and cutting operations. A bag is formed around the product by the adjustable width folding plates. The bag is then sealed and cut according to the product length.
