STRETCH FILM FOR INDUSTRIAL USE
The MACCHINABLE EXTENSIBLE FILM, like the manual film, is packaged in rools with a contained weight.
It is used on turn-table pallet-wrapper and robots. The self-adhesive and elastic film blocks the packaging preventing harmful movements of the load, while keeping it firm and compact.
It has a high capacity to adapt to the shape of the pallet.
It is usually used the transparent machinable film, since it is easy to identify the packaged product but it can also be colored, black and white.
Also for the range of stretchable films that can be machined, we find the PRESTIRED MACHINE EXTENSIBLE, which allows a greater stability of the load on the pallet, a greater resistance to perforation and the sharp edges of the pallet and a reduced consumption of the reel.
The extensible film that can be machined has the following characteristics:

GREEN FILM
Ideal for “one-step” systems, semi-automatic and automatic L-sealers with shrink tunnel.
It is a totally recyclable and therefore ecological film, suitable for food use and at low temperatures, in fact can also be used for refrigerated and frozen products.
Unlike other types of film, it has a very rapid retraction capacity even at low temperatures and excellent sealing even at high speed.
Its properties do not change even after long storages.
It is extremely high transparency and good gloss and it “follows” package shape perfectly.

BLUE FILM
The shrink film in PVC is a film used both in technical and in food (food PVC). It is a film for packaging very versatile, practical and appreciated, thanks to its transparency, good gloss and its mechanical characteristics that make it a film able to shrinking at low temperatures with excellent results even on small pieces and characterized by an excellent sealing even at high speed.
The PVC film is ideal for “one-step” systems and semi-automatic L-sealers with shrink tunnel
Rolls are available also with 20 cm diameter for small machines.
