Designed by Italdibipack Group R&D Team, Leonardo is a pallet-wrapping robot, UNIQUE of its kind, able to successfully solve any requirements in wrapping of pallettized and not-pallettized loads thanks to its innovative high-technology and patented devices.
This self-moving robot, conceived to wrap loads of different weight and size anyplace, has compact overall dimensions and reduced weight in order to be handled easily (this is far simpler thanks to a practical driving system with helm equipped with push-button controls) and it can work in only 75 cm around the pallet to be wrapped thanks to an ELECTRIC MANOEUVRING SYSTEM PAT and a complex ROTATION SYSTEM around the pallet thanks to a TOUCHING WHEELER, therefore it can work in a small working area that is smaller than the other pallet-wrapping robots.

Through a patented working system, COSMO is the only pallet
wrapping robot circling the load without a direct contact. It is the only
suitable solution for loads with overhanging parts, with an irregular
base (due to either to the pallet conformation or the characteristics
of the products loaded on it) which may block the detecting wheel in
the “traditional” robotic pallet wrapper.

The ECOSPIR ELC/S-X and ECOSPIR IDX is nowadays substituted by one machine, the ECOSPIR EV, available in several different versions and executions.
The Ecospir line offers also a pallet-wrapper with open turn-table in order to enable loading with manual or electric jacks, so there is no need either for floor modifications or for a ramp.
This pallet-wrapper holds all the advantages of the vaious models of the Ecospir line, but in addition it doesn’t need the presence of an operator in loco to work as it is controlled through a remote control by the operator who can do something else in the meantime. The whole pallet-wrapping process, from film clamping up to film cutting at the end of the cycle , is automatic. Ideal to wrap a very high number of pallets.
